We went to the Mt. View Town Park and had a blast! We ate our lunch in the chilly autumn air and then beaded Smokey the Bear necklaces. The Forest Service fire fighters and Smokey the Bear came and told us about fire safety and how we can help prevent forest fires.
The kids had fun playing with each other on all the playground equipment. Their imaginations had free reign. Some of them even went rolling down the hills. A few snowflakes came down, but not nearly enough to even begin to damper the spirit of our kindergartners. Their endless energy and happy hearts made our fall field trip a delight!
